PEOPLE
We're at the beginning. What we have is conviction, a clear thesis, and a network of world-class researchers ready to build.
MALTE WAGENBACH
I started Logorythms because I believe analog computing is the inevitable future of AI hardware—and I want to build the company that makes it happen.
My background is in neuromorphic systems and hardware-software codesign. I've spent years studying how biological systems compute and how we can replicate that efficiency in silicon. Now I'm focused on assembling the team to commercialize these ideas.

WYSS CENTER FOR BIO AND NEUROENGINEERING
Electronics Engineer with 10+ years developing cutting-edge technologies across consumer electronics and biomedical devices. Specializes in analog circuit design, mixed-signal systems, and hardware-software integration. Previously at leading semiconductor companies.
OUR NETWORK
We're building relationships with researchers at the forefront of analog computing, neuromorphic engineering, and AI hardware. These are the people who've published the foundational papers and built the first prototypes.
Home of Dr. Abu Sebastian and the phase-change memory team. Pioneers of analog in-memory computing published in Nature.
Institute of Neuroinformatics. Birthplace of neuromorphic engineering, DVS sensors, and event-driven computing.
Leading memristor research groups. Dr. Qiangfei Xia and Dr. Joshua Yang— pioneers in crossbar array architectures.
Bio and neuroengineering center. Expertise in neural interfaces and low-power analog systems for implantable devices.
We're in active discussions with researchers at these institutions about joining as advisors, collaborators, or founding team members.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need people who can build things that don't exist yet. This isn't about optimizing existing systems—it's about creating new ones from first principles.
If you've worked on analog circuits, memristive devices, neuromorphic systems, or ML compilers—and you believe the current approach to AI hardware is fundamentally broken—we should talk.
Looking for technical co-founders with deep expertise in analog/mixed-signal design or ML systems. Equity-based, Berlin or remote.
Seeking advisors with semiconductor industry experience, particularly in bringing novel architectures from research to production.
Talking to deep-tech investors who understand hardware timelines and want exposure to the AI infrastructure revolution.
LET'S BUILD THIS
The opportunity is clear. The science is ready. We need the right people to turn it into a company.
